Inclusive, diverse workplaces require purposeful action, yet hiring managers often lack the concrete guidance necessary to take action. This session discusses the internal, reflective work necessary to address implicit biases that impact the inclusivity of organizational cultures and offers strategies for recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce.
